What the service does
Bespiq collects orders and messages from a shop's channels in one place, helps answer them, collects the customer's approval of a design before production, and tracks production and delivery.
What an approval record is
An approval record is the application's own log of what it saw: a link was opened, boxes were ticked, a decision was recorded at a time against a file with a stated checksum. It is not a legally binding signature.
The AI assistant
The assistant suggests replies, prices and summaries. It never approves a proof, releases production or refunds by itself.
Plans and billing
Plans are charged per custom order, never for every order in the store. Shopify shops pay through Shopify's billing.
Still to be written
Governing law, liability, warranty, termination and dispute resolution are written by a lawyer before launch.
