The Amazon connection opens to sellers once Amazon approves our application. Until then, Amazon orders can be entered by hand.
How it works
Your Amazon Custom orders arrive
Seller-fulfilled orders are read from your account every 15 minutes, with the text and images your buyer entered in the customization.
You prepare the proof
Make the design in Bespiq or upload it from your design tool. Checks catch a misspelt name or a wrong size before the buyer sees it.
The buyer confirms on Amazon
The proof goes to the buyer only through Amazon's "confirm customization details" message, with the file attached. Approval, production and shipping are tracked per order, beside your other channels.
What we do with Amazon data
- We read only what the order needs: the order, its items and the buyer's customization. We do not ask Amazon for the buyer's e-mail, phone or address.
- We contact Amazon buyers only through Amazon. We never e-mail them, and their data is never used for marketing or shared.
- The buyer's customization is encrypted at rest and deleted 30 days after delivery, backups included.
- Your Amazon access token is stored encrypted, and you can remove it by deleting your workspace.
